Good preparation makes treatment work better. These are general steps; we confirm the exact list for your service when you book.
- Photograph the problemA clear photo of the pest, droppings, bites or damage helps us choose the method.
- Note where and whenWhich rooms, what time of day, and how long you have seen it.
- Food and dishesPut away or cover food, dishes and cooking surfaces in treated rooms.
- Children and petsTell us who lives in the property. Plan where they will stay during and after treatment as we advise.
- Plants, aquariums, terrariumsCover or move them out of the treated area and tell us about them in advance.
- Clear accessMove furniture away from walls and clear the areas we need to reach.
- Do not pre-sprayAvoid using shop-bought sprays beforehand; they can scatter the pest and reduce the result.
After the treatment
Follow the re-entry and cleaning instructions we give you for your case. If the problem is still active after the time we agreed, contact us.
